Dr. Susan Lind has more than 25 years’ experience in training, organizational development and interpersonal communication. As a trainer, she has designed, developed, and delivered hundreds of workshops for executives, managers, supervisors, and employees in business, non-profits, education and government.
As a facilitator and performance consultant, Dr. Lind has coached executives and managers providing 360 degree feedback plus individual development planning, and facilitated client work teams. Dr. Lind is certified in both the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Reuven Bar-On EQ-i.
She has worked with American Travel Services, American Management Association, AutoTrader.com, Bank of America, Cabot, CARE USA, Corporate Express, Customer Care Institute, Emory University School of Medicine, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Federated Department Stores, Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles, Georgia National Guard, Georgia State University, Georgia Tech, International Freight Forwarders, Inc., NY State Insurance Department, Orkin, Philips Electronics, Savannah College of Art and Design, Shell Oil, and the USDA Food & Nutrition Service.
Dr. Lind has a B.S. in Journalism and an M.A. in Communications from Northern Illinois University, and a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development from Georgia State University, where she is an adjunct faculty member. She also serves on the board of directors for Griffith Foods, a Chicago-based global food and flavor company and Team Cuisine. a team development workshop in a culinary setting. And for individual personal growth, Dr. Lind offers her book, “Talk That Matters, 30 Days to Better Relationships.”
